2. Course Access and Licences
When you purchase a course or digital product from World of Trumpet, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use that course for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
What's included
Your purchase gives you access to the course content as described at the time of purchase, including video lessons, downloadable materials, backing tracks, and any other resources listed on the course page.
Access duration
Unless otherwise stated, course access is lifetime access for as long as World of Trumpet operates the platform and that course remains available. We will give reasonable notice before removing any course from the platform.
What's not included
- You may not share your account or login credentials with others.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content.
- You may not use course content for commercial purposes, including teaching, reselling, or rebranding.
- You may not record, screen-capture, or otherwise duplicate video lessons.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on courses or digital products once purchased.

Technical issues
If you experience a verified technical fault that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. In cases where a technical fault cannot be resolved, we will consider a remedy on a case-by-case basis.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the World of Trumpet website and within our courses, including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, written materials, graphics, logos, and course frameworks, is the intellectual property of World of Trumpet and/or the respective course instructors.
The names "World of Trumpet," the WOT wordmark, the WOT logo, and course names are trademarks of World of Trumpet. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your licence to access course content does not include any rights to the underlying intellectual property.
